This is lovely, effective, safe and relaxing treatment for the expectant mum. Regular pregnancy massage promotes sleep, relieves anxiety and eases discomfort such as back pain, headache and constipation. The massage is performed with mum lying on her side with bump and legs supported to maximise comfort (massage face down or laying on the back is avoided).
