Well its been a while since I wrote on here. 2018 ended up with a crazy finish to the year. Nurture You, combined with my nursing job saw me having only 1 official and 1 unofficial day off in the last 6 weeks. I have neglected admin and social media (but will be back on top soon) but have delivered some amazing treatments and also worked extra shifts through a very testing time at the hospital.
Christmas has been wonderful! Spending time with family and friends and totally enjoying the freedom to go for walks in our amazing countryside. We are very lucky in Sheffield to be surrounded by wonderful open spaces, parks, woods and of course the peak district.
I have taken off the first week in January off yet am already battling with feelings of guilt. (note to self:lose the guilt) I need time to Nurture me and reset so that I can bring the very best to you in the new year.
I have also committed to my personal development and your health….. A New year, a new course, a new challenge, and new growth for Nurture You!
Health is a key focus for next year. We need to be well, and whilst I appreciate that there are illnesses we cannot prevent, there are many that we can!
I predict a very exciting, busy year ahead and I cannot wait.
Wishing love, kindness and health to all…. Happy New Year!
